IN ORDER TO PLACE THIS NEW ORDER WE MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 12 TOTAL GARMENTS
The official show shirts are on sale now on a pre-order basis. The deadline to order is April 3, 2011. Orders must be pre-paid and the shirts will be distributed before the show dress rehearsal. Tee Shirts will have the ICE CYCLES 2011 design on the front and the zip hooded sweatshirts will have the logo on the back.   Embroidered names are available for an additional cost on the sweatshirt only.  (Embroidering is optional) Names will be on the left side front in maroon only
Child Sizes: Small, Medium, Large, X-Large
Adult Sizes: Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, and XX- Large for an additional price of $2.00*
Please complete the order form, making checks payable to the Skating Club of Amherst. Order deadline is April 3, 2011. Please make as many copies of this form as you wish. One form per skater, please.  You can submit order forms in any of the following ways:

• Hand to Cheryl Cupillo by Sunday, April 3rd during the Learn to Skate time at Mullins Center Rink
• Leave in Show Committee mail box at the at Mullins Center Rink (Skating Club Office)
